Why I Enjoy and Love Breakfast

Most people have heard the comment, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." People's opinions may differ from one another (some people fast, some don't like breakfast, some can't eat breakfast after waking up, etc.) and that is absolutely fine! Everyone is different and will react differently to breakfast. Nevertheless, I believe it helps me stay focused before, during, and after studying and attending lectures. Furthermore, I feel less tired and less irritated when I consume a large breakfast before starting my day.



However, I know that many students will find it difficult due to not having enough time, laziness, or not knowing how to cook. Therefore, as a student and an adult, it's important that you know how to take care of yourself and maintain your overall health. If you don't have time to make breakfast, compromise by waking up extra early and/or going to sleep earlier. If you don't know how to cook, compromise by learning how to cook basic food and constantly working on improving yourself. And most importantly, if you're lazy, it's time to take responsibility as an adult and think long-term. Remember, everyone is different!
